The location was central with easy access to attractions and public transport. The hotel rooms were clean and had good facilities. The restaurant staff were polite and welcoming. Their housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi throughout its premises.
The front desk staff appeared to be more interested in payment rather than accommodating customer requests and complaints. The breakfast prices were not adequately advertised, and there was a lack of clarity in communication between hotel staff and the guests.
